SecondOpinionMedical.AI pairs board-certified specialists in every field with patients seeking a formal second opinion, with each case's records assembled and organized before you open it.
You apply once, you are verified once, and one credentialed profile carries you into whichever platform fits your practice — with no EHR integration and nothing to install.

Why we verify before we welcome
Patient trust in a physician network is only as strong as its least-verified member. Most directories take a listing at face value; we don't. Every application is verified server-side, automatically, before it is ever accepted — and the accepted network is re-screened against a refreshed OIG exclusions snapshot every month, so verification is a standing state, not a one-time stamp.
An NPI (National Provider Identifier) is the unique 10-digit number the U.S. National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) assigns to every healthcare provider. The OIG LEIE (List of Excluded Individuals and Entities) is the federal register of providers excluded from federally funded healthcare programs. Physician Connect Network checks both automatically before any physician is approved.

Physician-led, physician-first
The network is being built with practicing physicians, starting with a founding cohort of board-certified specialists — you can meet them here. The commitments to members are simple: joining the waitlist is free and non-binding, commercial terms are shared in writing during onboarding before anything goes live, and platform fees are flat — never a cut of what you earn. Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest and handled on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
